There are lots of ways to get involved…
Door Decorating!
Decorate your teacher’s door and consider adopting another staff member’s door on Friday, April 24 at 3pm and Sunday, April 26 at 10am.
- Choose and design a specific door.
- Have a door chosen, but haven’t had a chance to plan: PTA has spare decorations. Check a table near the lost & found for these decorations.
- Show-up and assemble a pre-planned door: Check with Lydia in the main office when you arrive to be assigned a door and add the pre-planned decorations.
Decoration Ideas and Supplies
Ideas: Themed wreath, homemade decorations made by kids, a themed poster board, a classic Dr. Seuss themed door (pinterest has many great ideas).
Want to cover the door in paper? There are reams of craft paper available for use at the school.
Recess Coverage on Tuesday, April 28!
Let’s give our teachers a break by covering their recess!
How It Works
This year, we’re grouping classes together that share the same recess time to ensure we have enough volunteers.
Please work with the other parents in the assigned time frame to cover all the classes in that group.
Generous donation items
Can’t volunteer in person? No problem! We have a sign-up sheet donation items needed for SAW.
Monetary donations
Visit PTA Donation site and type “SAW” into the “program/fund to donate to” field.
